PathoCare Laboratory is a specialized medical laboratory for histopathology, cytopathology, and tumor pathology. It is located in Smouha, Al Saraya Towers, Al Bansia Building, 2nd Floor, Fouzy Moaz Street, Alexandria. The laboratory is supervised by Professor Dr. Saba Mohamed El Gendy, Professor of Pathology (Histopathology and Cytopathology), Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University. PathoCare is distinguished by providing highly accurate diagnostic services using the latest scientific technologies and serves as a trusted reference for tumor and cytology cases.

To ensure the highest quality of diagnostic services for our patients, the PathoCare Laboratory team provides a comprehensive range of pathology services, including:

• Primary pathology diagnostic services, including the examination and diagnosis of all types of cytological fluid specimens.

• Core needle biopsy, endoscopic biopsy, and surgically excised tissue specimen analysis.

• Second-opinion pathology consultations and slide review services for cases previously diagnosed at other laboratories.

• Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining services for a wide range of diagnostic markers, prognostic biomarkers, predictive biomarkers, and hormone receptors. These tests help identify the exact type of tumor and guide personalized treatment decisions, including targeted therapy, which is tailored to each patient's individual condition.
