In the heart of Zagazig – after the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in front of the Faculty of Agriculture Nursery, at the Yellow Building Tower – Helmy Beidak Center for People with Special Needs stands out as one of the leading centers in educational and therapeutic rehabilitation for children with developmental, linguistic, and behavioral disorders.

The center operates under the supervision of Dr. Fatma Hamdy Negm, a Ph.D. researcher in Special Education with extensive experience since 2006 in the fields of speech therapy, skill development, and special education.
