Since 2021, she has been working with the Egyptian Ministry of Health, delivering medical care focused on integrated services, disease prevention, and the promotion of public health.
Dr. Hagar earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) in 2018, graduating with a grade of "Very Good" from the Kasr Al-Ainy Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. In 2024, she completed the Egyptian Fellowship in Family Medicine. She was officially certified as a Family Medicine Specialist in 2025 by both the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and the Egyptian Ministry of Health. Furthermore, she obtained a Professional Doctorate in Mental Health from Stanford British University in 2026.
She possesses extensive expertise in managing chronic conditions—such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma—as well as in preventive medicine, patient and community health education, and the provision of clinical psychological support sessions.
Dr. Hagar has actively participated in numerous national initiatives—including family planning, diabetes awareness, and infection control—under the supervision of the Health Affairs Directorate in Qalyubia Governorate. She also contributes to the training and development of resident physicians and medical interns through clinical supervision and practical education.
